1. Post a short gameplay GIF on Twitter between 9AM PDT on Oct 18th, 2017 and 5PM PST on Nov 24th, 2017 with "#winatrailer @evolve_pr" included and a link to your game’s page.
2. Submit the form at the bottom of video.evolve-pr.com/winatrailer with a link to your tweet.
IMPORTANT: You must submit this form to officially enter the competition.
3. Evolve will select 10 games to be submitted to a panel of judges on Nov 28th, 2017.
4. Top 10 entries will be submitted to a panel of judges consisting of journalist giants, big-name devs, and prominent content creators who will choose an overall winner. The winner will be announced on Jan 8th, 2018.

1. The overall winner will receive a full trailer service from Evolve PR (this includes a pitch session, concept generation, motion graphics or animation that the chosen concept requires) as well as a production quality music track and voiceover work if needed. The winner will also receive a Terminals.io Launch Package (which includes two news/feature/asset distributions to our network of thousands of media and influencers around the world, two hours of consulting time with the Evolve PR team, one month of Evolve-run code distribution through Terminals.io and Feature Game placement on the Terminals.io main page).
2. Two runners-up will also receive a Terminals.io Launch Package (as above) each.
3. The prizes are non-transferable. In case Evolve PR is not able to contact a winner within three months after termination of the contest, the respective prizes will be void.

2. Your game must be on track to launch in 2018.
3. Your tweet must include "#winatrailer @evolve_pr" in the title, to be considered.
4. Tweets without gameplay GIFs will not be considered.
5. Games will be judged on the uniqueness of the gameplay, concept, and/or art style.
6. A link to your tweet must be submitted via the form on video.evolve-pr.com/winatrailer to enter. Evolve PR will attempt to contact people who tweet without submissions, but if unsuccessful, the tweet will not count as a submission.
7. Participation in this contest is free of charge. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
8. By entering the competition, each participant acknowledges and accepts the rules, the Terms and Conditions, as well as the winners of the competition. Naturally, the selection process is not free of subjectivity, and opinions may vary. Be nice and respect each other!

2. Entries that contain what Evolve PR determines to be offensive materials are excluded from the competition; this will certainly include hate speech, sexist content, excessive violence, slanderous or libellous claims, or any other actionable offences.

1. With the posting of a gameplay GIF on twitter, the participant confirms that he or she is the exclusive author and/or holder of rights of the game in the contest.
2. In the case a third party’s claims arise because of personal rights and/or copyright infringement, the participant is obliged to indemnify Evolve PR and hold them not responsible in this matter.
3. All submitted personal information must be complete and correct.

1. Evolve PR affirms that all personal data submitted by the participant with his or her entry will not be passed on to third parties.
2. Evolve PR may contact participants at future points with offers related to trailer production and video game marketing. Please inform Evolve PR if you wish to opt out of this contact.
3. The participant agrees, in case of winning a prize, to having his or her company name, game name, his or her name, and/or his or her photograph published in all media, including the Evolve PR webpage.

2. Evolve PR reserves the right to terminate the competition or to change the deadlines and/or the voting period and Terms of Participation. The participant agrees to comply with Twitter's terms and conditions.

4. You must have obtained all the necessary rights (including music rights), consents, authorizations, and licenses covering your entries. There must not be pending or anticipated litigation regarding the game in question.
